The year is 2089, and the world’s population has just been decimated by a racially motivated bioterrorist attack gone awry. But, in essence, it is a chronicle of all humanity’s struggle, as their well-intentioned leaders take extreme authoritarian measures to eliminate the destructive elements of racism and tribalism from the human condition.
